SignsSup provides flexible payment methods for purchasing safety signs, labels, and compliance programs. We use secure payment channels and confirm terms during quoting. If your organization requires special payment workflows, we can review options based on order size and purchasing history. Our goal is to keep the process simple, predictable, and aligned with your procurement requirements.

Bank Transfer (T/T)
Preferred for international business transactions and large orders.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
Available for qualified projects that require additional payment security.

Convenient option for smaller orders or sample requests.

Available for select orders with fast confirmation.
Standard Payment Terms
Standard terms include a 30 percent deposit to begin production and 70 percent balance before shipment. For in stock items or small orders, full payment may be required upfront. L/C at sight can be arranged for qualified buyers. We confirm the exact terms in the proforma invoice.

Refund & Claims Policy
We address quality issues promptly. If items arrive damaged, do not match the approved proof, or contain verified defects, we will work with you on replacement or refund options. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for claim review and documentation.
Custom or installed items may not be eligible for refund unless there is a confirmed production error. We aim to resolve issues fairly and maintain long term partnerships.
Invoices & Documentation
Each order includes a proforma invoice and final commercial invoice. We can provide additional documentation for customs or internal audit requirements. Contact us for details if your procurement team needs a specific invoice format.
